Social Media Marketing Strategy & Tools

Image
Today I will share with you my social media strategy and tools I am using. I am sure this post will be valuable for you and will help you grow on social media and promote your blog/business effectively.

Facebook

Make a page and start sharing your posts into as many related groups you can. At first, I was feeling uncomfortable with Facebook as I did not want others to see what I am posting from my profile, but luckily you can join groups as page and post in that way. I am glad I started with this as it made a huge difference for me.

Make sure you post on Facebook manually not through scheduling software, as it is proven that those posts receive more engagement than through software.

Instagram & Pinterest

For Instagram posts, I always make sure to choose the right hashtags, as my account is smaller I make sure hashtags are not so competitive so I can reach more people. Flick tech is a great tool for hashtag competitiveness research. Use both feeds and stories as much possible and those…

Women Face Shaving - Advantages of facial hair removal with a razor

Image
Do you want to get rid of facial hair in an easy and fast way, but you are skeptical about this method. This post is for you. Dermaplaning is an exfoliating treatment of removing the surface layer of the skin to help revitalize the skin and look more beautiful. This painless procedure is ideal for removing dead skin cells and hairs, leaving the skin velvety smooth. You do not have to go to the salon to have a baby soft skin all you need is a special razor, not the one you use for legs.
Dr. Debbie Palmer, who co-founded the Dermatology Association of New York, has her own line of skincare products, she told HuffPost that “Hair will not grow back thicker or faster. Shaving does not change the number of hair follicles in the skin or the rate of hair growth". Dr Michael Prager from London says that shaving stimulates collagen production and reduces wrinkles. Dermatologist Neil Schulz states that shaving "slows down aging", which is why men are more likely to tolerate years a…

Beauty Tips and Recipes Using Coffee Sludge

Image
Coffee sludge contains caffeine, antioxidants and various nutrients. It can be made for face and body care, hair care and it is effective in combating cellulite. It is great in removing bad smells, like garlic from hands or smell from the shoes. While cooking, some foods can leave a strong smell on your hands. Cleaning garlic or fish is especially problematic, so rub a lit bit of ground coffee with your hands, and rinse it with water to remove unwanted odors.
Coffee facial scrub will remove dead cells, narrow pores, soften wrinkles and tighten skin. In doing so, it will protect it from harmful free radicals. Coffee is also famous in removing dark circles around your eyes after just a few treatments.
Caffeine is a powerful antioxidant, and also improves circulation when applied directly to the skin. Additionally, caffeine has a lipolytic effect. This means that it breaks down fat from fat cells and thus helps in the fight against cellulite.
I am using it as an exfoliator, scrub, face mask…

5 Habits That Will Change Your Life

Image
1. STOP PLAYING THE VICTIM

You should stop complaining and blaming others for your own life and the way you feel. You can't control your surroundings and people but you can control yourself and your reactions. Start from there. Accept the responsibility for your own life choices. Ask yourself what makes you unsatisfied, what makes you sad or angry, what you need right now, how to get there, which actions to take, who to remove from your life...Analyze yourself.  There is no better way to get to know yourself than journaling.
2. READ INSPIRING BOOKS

Building self-confidence is very important. As a person who has troubles with depression, I know how much I found it hard for myself to stop my overthinking, negative thoughts and beliefs. I would feel sorry for myself and think that because I am not earning much I am incapable, everything goes wrong, that my degree means nothing and I can not find a good job, that I am a huge disappointment to my family.
Reading the inspiring books belo…
